Our goal at Rig is for every person that enters our doors to leave feeling better. Whether you join one of our small-format group Pilates classes or are in for a one-hour Myotherapy or Fascial Stretch Therapy session, we promise that we will work hard to ensure you benefit from your time spent with us.
We believe that movement should not be a source of stress or pain. Whether you are getting out of bed, surfing, walking the dog, playing with your kids, or sitting at your desk all day, we strive to ensure you can enjoy those movements with ease and focus on the things in life that bring you joy!
When you join one of our small-format group Pilates classes, you will be getting a fun session that is guided by the principles of Pilates:

We know this sounds like a lot in our fast-paced modern life, but we believe that when you slow and pause for a Breath, take a few extra seconds to set up for movement with Intent, Concentrate into your body to rediscover its Center and Flow, you can move with Efficiency and Precision. You can move the way your body is designed to move.
Rig Pilates is a BASI Pilates affiliated studio and teacher training facility. BASI (Body Arts and Science International) is a world-recognised Pilates teaching program with the following mission:
To preserve the classical repertoire and the essence of Joseph Pilates’s philosophy while supporting and encouraging evolution based on experience and scientific knowledge.
To address every level of the human condition to better each individual, as well as the world around us, in pursuit of the ultimate goal: physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
